Local.fm is a free program that allows you to create playlist from last.fm charts and tracklists. You can also export your playlists to WPL, M3U or M3U8 formats, listen to preview samples from Last.fm for any available track and instantly play your playlists in Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes or foobar2000.
